Lead programs are continuously developed through SunTrust Mortgage’s marketing department through an elite initiative called LeadMasters.

Through LeadMasters, substantial leads are generated and provided on an ongoing basis directly to Loan Officers (LOs) to help grow and retain business. Every lead comes with criteria selection, lead detail, copy of the marketing email or direct mail when applicable and a call script. LOs are armed with all of the critical information needed for follow-up with the client and ultimately, conversion.

Leads are sourced from a LO’s current book of business, past book of business, LO websites, bank households, targeted marketing campaigns and other key behavioral triggers. Over 10% of all production comes from SunTrust Mortgage’s LeadMasters program.

• Home Value Finder:
  A home value analysis is only a few clicks away! With Home Value Finder on your personal web site, you'll know when your clients are looking at comparable home sales and can contact them to offer help with home financing.
• Rate Watch:
  This program lets you and your clients know when the rate they have targeted is met. You can then contact them to offer help with new home financing or refinancing.
• Balance Inquiry:
  Notifies you when your clients contact the Customer Service Department to inquire about their mortgage balance and have a high propensity to pay-off their loan.
• Payoff Request:
  Notifies you when your clients contact the Customer Service Department to request a payoff which provides a last effort retention opportunity.
• PreMovers (MLS Listings):
  Identifies clients in your current book of business and past prospects who have recently listed their property for sale creating an opportunity for purchase loan retention.
• Credit Notifications:
  Identifies your clients who are shopping for a mortgage or is already in process with a competitor.
• SunTrust Bank:
  We offer access to qualified bank customers from more than 1,600 bank branches serving millions of customers in the fast-growing Southeast.
• Market Driven Lead Campaigns:
  As new products are announced and market conditions change, mortgage finance opportunities are constantly identified and distributed.
