LeadMasters Program
The LeadMasters Program is an exclusive marketing campaign suite which offers growth and retention opportunities to Loan Officers (LOs) new to SunTrust Mortgage, as well as those established with the company. As part of this program, your prospects and clients are monitored for behaviors which indicate they may ready for a new mortgage -- and you'll be notified to take action. Additionally, targeted leads are delivered directly to you, to help you maintain existing relationships while converting prospects to clients.
Growth Opportunities
- Upon attending our Loan Officer Academy, you'll be provided with 20 quality leads which produce, on average, 4 to 5 closed loans.
- During heavy refinance periods, you'll be given access to clients calling our mortgage consumer call center.
- Corporate direct marketing will be mailed on your behalf to SunTrust Bank clients who may be predisposed to purchasing a home.
- Each LO is provided with a suite of personalized web site tools which enable clients to apply for a loan online, check the value of their home or even be notified when interest rates reach their preferred point.
- Stay in front of your prospects using our library of over 70 professional email marketing templates customized with your contact information and photo - featuring everything from a weekly economic update to product-driven messaging.
- You'll be notified immediately when any of your prospects or bank branch clients list their home for sale.
Retention Strategies
- Notifications will be sent to you when your servicing clients check their balance, request a payoff or even have their credit pulled by a competitor.
- On your behalf, we send high quality direct mail and email communications to your servicing clients who would benefit from a refinance.
- All communications to clients you originate are driven back to you and not to a call center. If your clients call our mortgage call center, they are routed back to you.
